This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. The period, author of this manuscript is unknown but it is estimated between the period 1901-1950. This manuscript is about magical practices. This book contains many mantras to successfully meet the challenges faced by humans in their day-to-day activities. For example, mantras are found to be used for taming animals (preventing / appeasing), fishing activities, casting spells, drive away spirits from the body, and curse removal. It also includes magical symbols and letters. It also contains pictures drawn using triangle and stars. This manuscript has 154 pages.The manuscript starts from page 78. This manuscript is in damaged and deteriorated state. It has only the backside of the protective cover. The protective cover is made up of margosa.
