This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from from Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. It is estimated to be from the period between 1901- 1950. It is written by Amirthalingam. This palm leaf manuscript consists details of oils for inducing mesmerism or enchantment. It also mentions a yellow orpiment. It includes Mantras to tame elephants while cultivating in forest areas so that they are not touched by elephants. It also contains mantras used for a magical contest between two magicians and to increases the menstrual cycle of women and makes the woman sick. It contains 114 pages. This manuscript is partially damaged and deteriorated. The letters are clear to read.
