Didactic poem (أرجوزة) on differences (خلافيات) in legal opinions between major imāms by the Seljuq Ḥanafī jurist (فقيه) Najm al-Dīn Abū Ḥafṣ ʻUmar ibn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad al-Māturīdī al-Nasafī (نجم الدين أبو حفص عمر بن محمد بن أحمد الماتريدي النسفي, d. 1142).
The author calls the poem, which is said to contain 2,666 verses (أبيات), The Book on Differences (كتاب في الخلافيات), and he completed its composition on the middle Saturday [16] Ṣafar 504/[3] September 1110 (see ff. 286v, line 6 and 375v, lines 11-14, transcribed below).

- Chapter eight: What [opinions] are exclusive to al-Shāfiʻī alone (الباب الثامن فيما اختص به الشافعي وحده, ff. 353v-369r);
- Chapter nine: What [opinions] are exclusive to Mālik [ibn Anas] (الباب التاسع فيما اختص به مالك [ابن أنس], ff. 369r-375v).
