Typed and handwritten memoirs written by Helen Muriel Jerram and originally kept within a ringbound volume. The typed memoir ends on page 139 and transitions into handwriting part way through a sentence, but continues until page 202.
The memoirs have been separated by dividers with the following labels:

- France, mother's death, weddings
- visit to India to AWW, work in Port Said, WW1
- Serbia, Nis
- Back in Cornwall
- 1946-1947 Return to Nis
- Nis 1955 - Memorial in cathedral and 1960

This folder also includes the following letters and notes, originally interleaved with Muriel’s memoirs:
- a letter to Muriel from Ralph Stevenson of the British Embassy in Belgrade, dated 8 Mar 1946, concerning an entry permit into Yugoslavia
- the first half of a letter to Muriel, dated 22 Jul 1945, regarding the status of the Serbian orphanage following the developments of the Second World War
- a letter to Muriel from Captain Lemar H Green of the Yugoslav Society of Great Britian, congratulating her on a speech she gave
- a short history of the Serbian Relief Fund and the Pantele Home handwritten by Muriel.
