The seventh of seven parts; letters from correspondents with names beginning Sp- to W-: Thomas Speidell, R. Sutton, B. P. Symms, M. Taylor, E. Pearce, A. J. Valpy (along with letters from R. Valpy and William Kinsey, and some printed proofs), John Vandeleur of Limerick, Thomas Cooper Vanderhorst, C. Van Zeller, Emily Ward (possibly the wife of W. Ward; with reference to Dr. Winter of St. John's College, the Reverend C. Rose of Lincoln College, and the Reverend John Henry Newman of Oriel College), Thomas H. Weston (on behalf of John Norton and with reference to James E. Nash), T. Whitfield (partially lost; with reference to Thomas Speidell and the widow of Michael Marlow), D. Williams of Winchester, T. Wintle, and Anna Winyfield. Some letters also bear late 20th or early 21st-century pencil annotations.
