Treatise on making mathematical calculations by means of a dustboard by Naṣīr al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Ṭūsī (نصير الدين محمد بن محمد الطوسي, d. 1274). The title of the text as stated by its author in the preface (f. 44v, line 5, transcribed below) differs slightly from the variant title given on the title page: Collection of Calculation by Board and Dust (مجموع الحساب بالتخت والتراب, f. 44r).
The copy was completed on Tuesday 26 Ṣafar 751/4 May 1350 by Abū al-Muẓaffar Muḥammad ibn Muḥammadshāh al-Tafrishī (أبو المظفر محمد بن محمدشاه التفرشي, see colophon, f. 87r, lines 18-20, transcribed below, and colophons on ff. 21r, 43v, 96r and 136r).
The text is divided into three chapters (أبواب) each subdivided into sections (فصول):
- Chapter one: Calculating integers (الباب الأول في حساب الصحاح من الأعداد, in twelve sections, ff. 44v-62r);
- Chapter two: Calculating fractions following the method of the arithmeticians (الباب الثاني في حساب الكسور على طريقة المحاسبين, in fourteen sections, ff. 62r-72r, defective at end);
- [Chapter three] (ff. 72v-87r, defective at beginning; table of multiplication and division of sexagesimal fractions on f. 76r).

وملهم السداد الذي أبدع الأحاد وألف منها ما لا نهاية له من الأعداد خصص كل
عدد بصفة لا يتصف بها غيره لا من الأزواج ولا من الأفراد والصلوة على محمد
الهادي إلى المعاد وعلى آله خيار العباد وبعد فهذا مختصر في ذكر الأعمال التي
يحتاج فيها الحساب موسوم بجوامع الحساب بالتخت والتراب وهو مرتب على
فصول تشتمل عليها ثلثة أبواب والله ملقن الصدق والصواب منه المبدأ وإليه
المآب ...
