Origin: Christ Church Cathedral, Canterbury: these all documents pertain to Christ Church and were originally copied into Cotton Tiberius A II, which was at Christ Church by the mid to late 10th century (see Ker, Catalogue (1957), no. 185). Other records which were excised from Cotton MS Tiberius A II are now contained in Cotton Faustina B VI, vol. 1, ff. 95, 98–100. These leaves were detached before 1621, when they were listed as part of Cotton Claudius A III and not part of Cotton Tiberius A II in Cotton's catalogue (Harley 6018, no. 6-7).
Provenance:
? Prince Henry of England (d. 1612) (see Tite, Early Records (2003), p. 121).
