Origin: England, E. (Coggeshall, Essex).
Provenance: The Savigniac and Cistercian (1147) monastery of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Coggeshall, Essex: an addition made in c. 1300 in another part of the manuscript refers to the foundation of the monastery by King Stephen (f. 45v).
