In hoc / enim libro continentur herbe fe/minee numero sexaginta una / utilissime pro usu medicine. cuius / canones subter scripti sunt. / Prime nomen herbe hecynum', incipit: 'Hec autem herba facit ad hemp/toycos et ad cyliacos', explicit (f. 92r) '['Nomen / huius herbe / Aparina'] … Idem sucus ipsius / [her]be auribus instillatus earum / [dol]orem curat et medetur', rubric: 'Explicit et Eficit [sic] / Liber medicinarum Di/oscoridis Ex herbis mas/culinis Et ex animalibus / Pecoribusque et avibus / Atque de herbis Femininis / sive semininis Feliciter'.
The text was published from Harley MS 5294 (ff. 43v-58r) in V. Rose, 'Ueber die Medicina Plinii', Hermes, 8 (1874), 18-66 (p. 38), and edited in H. F. Kästner, 'Pseudo-Dioscoridis De herbis femininis', Hermes, 31 (1896), 578-636, and 32 (1897), p. 160.
