Letter from John Adam, Secretary to the Government at Fort William, to Francis Warden, dated 8 December 1815, which in turn encloses a copy of a letter from Jaffer Allee Khan to Lord Moira, Governor General of India, dated 19 September 1815, describing his service for the British and his grievances with Sir Harford Jones; which in turn encloses the following seven items.
