Letter enclosing copies of three letters regarding the inferior quality of the sulphur most recently shipped from Bushire to Bombay. The enclosed letters are:
- Letter from Edward Hutchins Bellasis, Secretary of the Military Board, to Francis Warden, dated 10 February 1816, describing the poor quality and damage of recent sulphur shipments.
- Letter from James Inverarity, Agent for Gunpowder, to Edward Hutchins Bellasis, dated 13 January 1816, reporting said damage.
- Letter from James Inverarity, Agent for Gunpowder, to Edward Hutchins Bellasis, dated 15 February 1816, confirming that he has sold some of the damaged sulphur.
