Letter requesting a report on the condition of a certain consignment of military stores when shipped from Bushire. Also enclosed is a letter from Edward Hutchins Bellasis, Secretary of the Military Board, to Francis Warden, dated 10 July 1816, describing how the military stores were brought to the arsenal in various ships and the condition they arrived in.
This letter in turn encloses the following three items:
- Report of short delivery, damaged items and suplus from the ship Eliza, 18 April 1816
- Report of short delivery, damaged items and surplus from the ship Fyzelkarim 26 June 1816
- Bill of lading for the ship Fyzelkarim, signed by the Captain John Flockhart Longlands, undated.
