Letter regarding the opening of Telegraph stations at Erinpoora [Erinpura] and Beawr [Beāwar] on 1 October and requesting information on proceedings for the openings and whether the Palee [Pāli] office is to close, which he is emphatically against.
The letter also asks Crommelin to write to the head of the Telegraph Department requesting that the Palee office remain open until his remonstrances to Government are responded to and requesting a copy go to the Foreign Department and that Pelly be kept informed of such matters that may affect the political interests of his region.
