Letter approving all that Colonel Wright has done and informing him that his Demi-Official has been sent to the Foreign Secretary (Edward Henry Stanley, 15th Earl of Derby).
The letter also informs the Colonel that the General at Mhow Division will reply to his requisition and enclosing new draft rules which he hopes Lieutenant Yate will be guided by in his boundary work.
