Government House party, July 1873 [or 1872]. Photographer: Unknown
- Scope & Content:
-
Genre: Historical Events
Group portrait, with identifications as follows on reverse: Capt Ewart; Capt Fawkes; Capt Jervoise; Lady Wodehouse (?); Dr Close; Maj Deane. Original date on reverse of print reads 1873, but appears to have been corrected to 1872. The identification of Lady Wodehouse seems improbable. The same lady appears in print 100 and is possibly a daughter of Sir Augustus Spencer.
