548. - Forcing a passage through the jungle round the back of this building, as shown in the last Photo a view of its front as here represented will be seen. It had 3 stories, each having a large middle apartment with smaller ones at each end, communicating with narrow arches closed with curtains. There is a broad terrace on top with a wall ten feet high surmounted by minarets.
