Front cover, flyleaf, and p. 1 are stamped 'Hinrichsen Edition Ltd'; on the verso of the flyleaf, instructions to the printer, in red ink, in the hand of Leon Goossens. The score has been edited throughout by Goossens in the same red ink (identified at the head of p. 1). Dated at the end of the work: New York, 29 June 1946 (struck-through in red ink). Edited by Goossen, 1961. 16-stave paper (340 x 270 mm).
