[Studio portrait of two Burmese women.] Photographer: Unknown
- Scope & Content:
-
Genre: Portrait Photography
Full-length studio portrait of two women, seated on a carpet in front of a backdrop of a painted rustic scene. The faces of both women are heavily made up in white. The notes accompanying the photographs identify these women as wives of the Sawbwa of Yaunghwe, but this appears unlikely.
[217x279mm].
