With a copy of a pamphlet published by the Educational Group of the Musical Instrument Association: 'St. Cecilia and the Tax Collector: a plea for the abolition of the purchase tax on musical instruments', an interim edition (March 1957) of 'The B&H Edgware Newsletter' and a catalogue of brass, woodwind and percussion instruments, including vibraphone, sold by Boosey & Hawkes GmbH of Bonn.
