Correspondence to, from or relating to the Sound Film Music Bureau or London, especially Joyce M. Dixey, and involving Magnetic Sound Diffusion Services Ltd. and Mr. H. G. Watkins. With minutes of a joint meeting of publishers of record libraries (15 May 1956), a copy of the Bureau's twentieth Annual Report and Accounts (for the year ended 30 September 1954), and a template for a 'standard contract' between broadcasters and publishers 'concerning the hire and use of orchestral material'.
This file was originally entitled 'SOUND FILM MUSIC BUREAU LIMITED 1955/1956' and was loose, rather than in a packet.
