Papers and correspondence, mainly concerning contractual matters, 'Terretektorh' and 'Musiques Formelles', gathered in preparation for a meeting between Rufina Ampenoff and Iannis Xenakis in September 1969. Rufina Ampenoff's notes on the front cover indicate that the meeting was planned first for 'June, 1969', then 'for 6th July 1969' or thereabouts, and finally postponed until September: 'as there was no time on 8th July 69 when Xenakis was in London all enclosed [was] postponed till Sept[ember] 1969'. With one press review.
This file was originally entitled as follows:
'Xenakis – for discussion' and ' Xenakis -discussion Sept 69 ['June, 1969' and 'for 6th July 1969' crossed out] – as there was no time on 8th July 69 when Xenakis was in London all enclosed postponed till Sept 1969-.'
