- Enclosure nos. 1-2 to a despatch from the Secret Department, Government of Bombay [Mumbai], dated 1 December 1841. The enclosures are dated 4-18 November 1841. The enclosures consist of a memorandum and covering letter from the Officiating Chief Secretary to the Government of Bombay relating to arms supplied to the late Abbas Mirza [‘Abbās Mīrzā Qājār], Crown Prince of Persia [Iran], in 1828, which are yet to be paid for.
