Newspaper clipping doucment which carries two black and white photographs. In the picture on the top six memebers are chairing a session of discussion among the six person five of them are in coat and suit the person sitting in the right corner is in white dress. The Picture in the bottom shows a group photo where ten men are possing infornt of the entrence, among four men in the front row three men are carrying some file documents in their hand and the man from the 2nd left is covering with a shawl. The men in the left and right corner of the front row are in dothi. In the top of the both picture it is written as "At Ooty Sesion", the right top corner is missing part of the paper cutting, to the bottom of the picture it is wirrten as " (Top) Members of the Indian Delagations to the ECAFE Conference seated from left to right are Dr.Natrajan, Mr.W.R.
