A photo negative picture which shows the image of a group of women pasting the outter cover of the match box in a match box industry, women sitting in row on back to back position and working on the match box arrangements, the label is pasted on top of the match box by each women and depends upon the counting they arrange on multiple tray. we can see each women arranged multiple tray infront of them, there is a big window with glass furnished on left side of photograph with air ventilation.
