This photo negative shows the front view of historical building with a lengthy staircase built infront, a tall building with high roof and long pillars built across the building and designed cone model roof on top of the building, there are short pillars supporting the short roof cover and designed cone model roof, few people walk on staircase to reach the entrance and few travel down from top, a short boundary wall is found around the building with plants and grass grown and parallel road crossing the building in all directions.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated and discolored.
