This black and white photo negative shows a group of men standing on dise, a decorated backdrop written as "DECEMINAL CELEBRATIONS 1970 - 80 INSTITUTE FOR TECHNO ECONOMIC STUDIES", a well decorated dise with mic, flower wase, flower malai is found infront of men standing, the man standing in centre with welcoming the group with his folded hands, there are difference if dress pattern found in this gatherings, few men wear dhothi with shirt and few wear coat with tie and pant and very few wear long coat, all this men found wearing a round batch on their left side.
Condition of original material: Deteriorated and discolored.
