These folios contain part of the earliest surviving, substantial legendary from England. Together with Cotton Nero E I/1, and Cambridge, Corpus Christi College MS 9, pp. 61-458, these folios originally formed two volumes with 150 texts covering the liturgical year. Part of the first volume is contained in folios 1-165 and 187-88 and folios 166-80 contain second part of the second volume. These folios were copied in the second half of the 11th century and include:
