Papyrus sheet, darker in the right half, with few holes and surface damage in places; written on one side along the fibres, with the back blank. On the front, there are 6 lines, which occupy the upper half of the sheet. Margins are extant, with only the upper right corner being mutilated. The blank space at the bottom measures 100 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
