- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged by large holes on the left-hand side; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are portions of 29 lines written along the fibres, the last of which are very fragmentary; upper and left margins are extant, while no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
