Papyrus slip, complete, with few small insect holes and minor damage along the horizontal fold. Writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are two lines, complete; all margins are extant, the side margins being irregular and minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 45-50 mm; in the bottom margin to the right a word was penned in a different hand. Horizontal and vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
