- Long and narrow papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, lacking the upper right edge and with some damage along the folds; written on both sides along the fibres. On the front, there are 17 lines; of the first, only the feet of few letters remain; lines 1-12 lack the beginnings. Side margins are minimal; the lower margin is generous. A sheet-join runs from top to bottom at c. 10 mm from the right edge. The back bears 10 lines with tachygraphic signs. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
