- Dark-brown papyrus sheet, lacking the upper right corner; bearing writing on one side. On the front, there are 26 lines written across the fibres; the upper margin is wide, the others are minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame, pasted onto a sheet containing the translation of a Coptic letter.
