Medium-to-dark brown papyrus, damaged along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres. The back is blank. On the front, there are two columns of 24 and 26 lines respectively. Upper and lower margins are extant, the left margin partly survives. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Dark-brown papyrus sheet, lacking the upper right corner; bearing writing on one side. On the front, there are 26 lines written across the fibres; the upper margin is wide, the others are minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame, pasted onto a sheet containing the translation of a Coptic letter.
