Complete papyrus sheet, slightly damaged along the folding lines and with a darker stain in the middle. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; the text consists of twenty-seven lines, the last three of which are separated from the rest of the text by little blank space. All margins are extant; no margin was left at the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
