- Petition to Numenius, strategus and chief of the bodyguards (archisomatophylax), from Pocas, a police official, who complains about an assault of which he was the victim, perpetrated by a priest of the temple of Suchus in Krokodilopolis in the Pathyrite nome. He asks that the offender be summoned.

Papyrus sheet, almost complete but heavily damaged by holes located along the folds, especially in the lower half and at the top. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 21 lines, which occupy slightly more than half of the sheet. The blank space at the bottom measures 135 mm. There is a sheet-join running along the height of the sheet at c. 20 mm from the left edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
