- Medium-to-dark-brown papyrus sheet, lacking part of the left-hand edge and with damage along the folds; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 32 lines written along the fibres, most of which lack the beginnings; on the back, there are 25 lines written across the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front; most of the lines lack the beginnings. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
