- Aurelius Colluthus, son of Cyriacus, of Nagogis, acknowledges the debt he owes to Flavius Georgius, son of the late Silvanus, as oustanding rent for the land he is leasing from him, and undertakes to pay the sum in Epeiph; with endorsement on the back.

Upper portion of a papyrus sheet, darknened and abraded in places, and with a gap at the top (front); written on both sides along the fibres, the back bearing one line. On the front there are 14 lines from the top of a column; upper and right margins are minimal, the left is irregular. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
