Papyrus sheet, complete and in fair condition, with few insect holes in the lower part and damage along the vertical folds, especially on the left-hand side; written on one side, the back being blank. The front bears 29 lines; margins are extant, with the lower being wide. A sheet-join runs vertically to the right of the centre. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Fragments of varying size of a papyrus sheet, those located in the lower part of the frame being mostly scraps. The larger fragment is damaged by holes, especially along the vertical folds. The text runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; the lines lack the beginnings. Part of the upper and lower margins survive; the left margin is lost and no margin was left to the right. The fragments are mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
