- Fragmentary will of a woman of Hermopolis whose name is lost, who appoints Agathocles as her executor; written by Aurelius Taurinus, son of Ioseph, as the testatrix is illiterate; with subscriptions of seven witnesses at the end.

- Extent:
- Fragmentary papyrus sheet, dark-brown, broken off at the top and right, with insect holes and abrasion; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There are 24 lines from the foot of a column, all lacking the ends, for a loss of 15-19 letters per line. The left and lower margins are extant and measure 20 and 80 mm respectively. The papyrus was folded up from bottom to top; mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
