- Aurelius Apollos and Aurelius Abraam acknowledge a debt, presumably in respect of taxes, to be collected by them; with subscriptions of the parties, and of Theodosius, who acted as a witness and wrote the body of the document as well. The detached fragments come from other documents.

- Papyrus sheet, dark-brown, lacking the upper left corner and with a vertical break; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 25 lines, with lines 1-12 lacking two-thirds at the beginning. Margins survive. The two detached narrow strips at the top do not belong to the same papyrus; they bear writing on one side only, and preserve a few letters. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
