Small sheet of papyrus, fully preserved, written on one side along the fibres, with the back blank. The surface is somewhat damaged in places; all margins are extant, the right being minimal, and the text, consisting of 10 lines, is complete. Folding lines are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
