Dark-brown papyrus sheet, incomplete, with writing on both sides. On the front, there is a column of 18 lines written along the fibres; the lower and right margins are extant, the left margin partly survives at the bottom. A strip of another dark brown papyrus was glued onto the back of the sheet and preserves the beginnings of 29 lines written along the fibres. Other fragments of this different document are Papyrus 0503 and a papyrus in Berlin, inventoried as 25080. Perpendicularly to this text, there are traces of one line belonging to the document on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Lower portion of a papyrus sheet, darker in places and with surface damage; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 8 lines from the foot of a column. The side margins are minimal, the lower is ample. Folding lines are still visible. A sheet-join runs along the width of the papyrus at the beginning of the lower margin. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

On the front, there are portions of two columns written along the fibres; the first is broken off at the top and fragmentary in the preserved portion; the second lack top and foot, and lines lack the ends; the detached fragments preserve a few letters of a few lines. On the back, there are portions of 17 lines running across the fibres and additional lines, and traces of a preceding column; the detached fragments bear remains of a few lines.
