Papyrus made of two joined sheets, lacking the lower right portion (front) and with surface damage in places; written on both sides. The front bears two columns written along the fibres, almost complete, and remains of another column to the right. A sheet-join runs vertically after the first column. On the back, there are parts of 2 columns written across the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
