Portion of the same papyrus roll as a Michigan papyrus inventoried as P. 4829 b/26/B; of good quality, but damaged by insect holes and abrasion in places; bearing writing on both sides; housed in a glass frame.
Recto: Portions of five columns (234 x 70 mm) written along the fibres, three of which are almost complete, with 39 lines, each having 23-28 letters. The first and the fifth column are very fragmentary. The upper margin survives up to 15 mm, the lower 35 mm; the intercolumn measures 15 mm.
Verso: Portions of three columns written across the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front; of the third column, only the beginnings of few lines remain; the second column is the best preserved and is 117 mm high; the lower margin is ample and measures 110-120 mm.
