- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the top and bottom, broken off on the sides; with few insect holes in places; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 5 lines running across the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends. Upper and lower margins are extant. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
