Upper left papyrus (A): Complete on the right, broken off on all other sides; written on one side along the fibres; the ends of 15 lines survive; the right margin is extant. The back is blank.

Upper right papyrus (B): Imperfect at the top, broken off on the other sides; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears parts of 12 lines from the top of a column. The upper margin partly survives. The back is blank.

Lower left papyrus (C): Complete at the top; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears parts of 12 lines from the top of a column. The upper margin partly survives. The back is blank.

Fragment 4 may come from another papyrus codex; written on both sides, along and across the fibres, and preserving various columns with ruled lines in red forming tables. Two papyrus fragments that do not belong together, housed in the same glass frame.

Left papyrus (A): Broken off on the right- and left-hand sides, damaged at the top, with small insect holes in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of 18 lines, lacking the ends, with blank space of 15 mm between lines 7 and 8; traces of the preceding column are visible opposite lines 15-18. The upper margin survives to 10 mm, the lower measures 60 mm.

Right papyrus (B): Broken off on the sides, and complete at the top and bottom; written on both sides. The front bears the central portions of 7 lines written along the fibres; the upper margin measures 30 mm and the lower 50 mm. On the back, there are portions of 16 lines across the fibres, abraded in places, with a trace of another line at the bottom.

There is one column of 17 lines. Margins are extant. The sheet was folded from right to left. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

On the front there is the top of a column, with 11 lines and traces of another line at the bottom; upper and side margins survive. Vertical folds are visible. On the back there are 2 lines written in the upper right corner. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Left-hand portion of a light-to-medium-brown papyrus sheet, originally c. 340 mm wide; damaged along the horizontal folds and with few holes; written on both sides. The front bears the beginnings of 9 lines running across the fibres, fairly spaced; upper, lower and left margins are extant, the left being minimal. A sheet-join runs from left to right under line 3. The back bears the end of one line written along the fibres at the top of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

The left (15 mm) and partly the upper (20 mm) margins survive. Folding lines are still visible. On the back, there is one line running along the fibres and lacking the end. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
