Dark-brown papyrus sheet of poor quality; broken off on the right and left and with surface damage throughout; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are portions of 9 lines written along the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends. Upper margin and part of the lower margin survive. On the back, there is a word written along the fibres and traces of another text, washed out, written across the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Papyrus fragment, preserving portions of two columns on either side, written along the fibres on the front and across them on the back.

On the front parts of 15 lines for both columns are preserved; each line contained an average of 20-27 letters. The upper margin survives to 70 mm and the intercolumn measures 23 mm. A sheet-join runs across the fibres at approximately 42 mm from the left edge.

On the back, the first column is broken at the top and bottom and only preserves the ends of 17 lines, with blank space between lines 11 and 12. The second column is better preserved, although broken at the bottom and right, and contains 27 lines. The upper margin survives to 20 mm; the intercolumn measures 35 mm. A thinner pen was used from column 2, line 7.

The papyrus is housed in a glass case.

Medium-brown papyrus sheet, square-shaped, complete and well preserved, only displaying a few insect-holes in places. A crease runs vertically down the centre. The writing runs on one side along the fibres, and the back is blank. The front bears 8 lines, complete. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Receipt addressed to the heads of the granary (sitologoi) of Philadelphia from Harpalus, son of Harpalus, donkey-driver, who acknowledges payment of grain as transport charges for the state wheat he transported to the harbour of Kerke. With subscription of Harpalus at the end.

The recto preserves one wide column of writing, with all margins extant, although the right side is somewhat damaged. The verso has two columns of text written by different hands; of the second only scanty traces remain. After some blank space there are two lines written upside down as to the two columns.
