- Beginning of an acknowledgment of a loan from Aurelius Ioannes, son of Paulus, from the village of Philoxenus in the Arsinoite nome, to Ioannes, keeper of a storehouse of Saint Sergius. The details of the loan are obscure owing to the loss of the text. The docket is on the back.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, with some surface damage in places; written on both sides along the fibres. The back bears one line, which lacks the end; on the front there are 16 lines, but of the last only few traces survive. Side and upper margins are extant and minimal. A sheet-join runs along the height of the sheet at c. 15 x mm from the right edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
