Long and narrow papyrus sheet, riddled with insect-holes and imperfect on the right; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 13 lines running along the fibres, lacking the ends; lines 1 and 2 are abraded at the beginning. Upper, left and lower margins are extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
