Long and narrow medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, damaged along the folds; written on both sides. On the front, there is one column of 31 lines written along the fibres; all margins are extant, the right being minimal. The back bears two columns written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
